The Sunday Mirror reports that several dozen Iraqi troops surrendered to British forces taking part in exercises in Kuwait, mistaking their gunfire for the beginning of the war. Hopefully this will be a sign of what will happen when real war breaks out, but I don’t think everything will be quite this easy (or funny).
