It took 15 years, but Matt Groening finally made a guest appearance on The Simpsons last night in an episode entitled “My Big Fat Geek Wedding” (FABF12). He stars as himself, signing autographs at a comic convention. The episode was actually very funny, which has unfortunately been somewhat of a rarity for the past couple of seasons.
